Emergency & Critical Care Nursing
After becoming a registered nurse, he worked in high-acuity environments including a Level I trauma emergency department and intensive care. He learned to make consequential decisions quickly while never forgetting the person inside the crisis.
Charge Nurse & Clinical Leadership
As an emergency and ICU charge nurse, Christopher supported teams through demanding shifts, competing priorities, and the moments when calm leadership mattered most.
Healthcare Leadership
Today, his work centers on healthcare leadership, patient safety, operational improvement, and developing the people who deliver care. He is also pursuing a Master of Healthcare Administration.
